Performance Training

Fit4Bike delivers structured performance training designed specifically for mountain bikers who want to ride stronger, longer, and with more control. Our approach goes beyond trends — combining strength training, endurance development, and targeted mobility work to support real riding demands on and off the bike.

Who is behind it?

The training is led by Aleš Ogrinc, whose background in Special Forces shaped a training philosophy built on efficiency, discipline, and long-term progression. Every session has a clear purpose — improving stability, power transfer, fatigue resistance, and injury prevention.
