Question 1

Chairlift usage

Accepted Answer

During bike park operation, the chairlift requires a seasonal bike park pass or a bike park ticket. A festival ticket does not cover the chairlift during bike park operation. During the Fest Series Show (18:00–21:00), the chairlift is free with a bike park ticket or a festival ticket; everyone else pays €5 per ride.

Question 2

Can I return my ticket and get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Flat Out Days doesn't offer refunds. Tickets and accommodation can only be postponed to next year's festival, and you must let us know at least 14 days (two weeks) before the festival.

Question 3

Where can I park my vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Hotel guests park beside the hotel. If you are camping, you can bring your vehicle onto the campsite, except on a tent-only pitch. Once the parking at the top of the resort is full, stewards direct you to park beside the road. If that is a long way from the resort, a van runs up and down to give you a ride.

Question 4

What can non-cyclists do at the festival?

Accepted Answer

Plenty. Watch the Fest Series Show, join morning yoga, pottery or wood workshops, and use the resort facilities — the adrenaline park, treetop walk, paddle courts, and pools and wellness. Evenings bring DJ nights, live music, a movie night, and beer pong. Go hiking to beautiful Pohorje spots such as Ribniško jezero or the Lovrenška lakes. You can also rent an e-bike and ride the marked bike paths.
