Camping is at your own risk, and the festival organizer takes no responsibility for any incidents. We do not offer early arrival or reservations for camping spots this year due to too much logistics organising the festival on a new location. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Admission to the festival is free for children under 8 years of age.
Children are welcome at the festival but may only enter the festival grounds if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with a valid festival ticket.
No age restrictions apply from the festival opening until midnight (00:00).
In accordance with the Public Order Act (ZJRM-1, Article 21), guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in all areas where alcohol is served during these hours.
As a sports-focused festival, we prioritize safety for all visitors. We kindly ask parents and guardians to take full responsibility for their children and ensure the following:
Children are not permitted to enter high-risk zones, such as extreme sports tracks or high-traffic biking areas, unless they are actively participating under the supervision of a certified instructor.
Proper sound protection is mandatory for children in areas with loud music or sporting events. Standard earplugs for adults are not sufficient for young ears; we strongly recommend using earmuffs or other child-specific sound protectors.
Parents and guardians must ensure these guidelines are followed. Non-compliance, including failure to provide the necessary protective gear or adhere to the Public Order Act, may result in removal from certain festival areas for the safety of the child and others.
Photography and filming are allowed throughout most areas of the festival. However, certain restricted areas are accessible only to accredited media.
By attending the festival, all guests (including minors) consent to being photographed or filmed on-site or lifestreamed. Images and footage captured during the festival may be used for promotional purposes by the festival organizers or related activities without financial or other compensation to attendees.
Attendance at the festival is at each guest's own risk. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings. The organizer, Športno društvo BATT and Batt Crew d.o.o., assumes no liability for:
By attending, you agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for your actions and safety during the festival.
The following items and activities are not allowed on festival grounds:
We ask all guests to respect these rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Non-compliance may result in removal from the festival grounds.
The festival organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program at any time. All activities depend on weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances. Any updates or adjustments will be communicated as soon as possible to keep everyone informed.
Festival merchandise is available for purchase at the entry point or online through our webshop. Thank you for your support—it means the world to us!
Only dogs are permitted, but they must be leashed at all times. We strongly recommend leaving pets at home, as the festival will feature loud music and may be distressing for animals. If you do bring a dog, please ensure it is comfortable in a crowded environment, and remember to clean up after it.
Almost all festival activities are free to join with a valid festival ticket! To participate, you must register for each activity at the MERCH / INFO Point at least 2 hours before it begins. If registration procedures change, we'll notify you promptly.
Please note that some activities have limited spots, and once an activity is full, no further registrations will be accepted. Once the timetable is finalized, we will send all newsletter subscribers a participation form, allowing you to pre-apply for activities in advance.
Each activity is led by a festival animator, who will explain the rules and guidelines before starting. By signing up, you agree to follow their instructions and guidance.
When registering for bike activities, you confirm that both your bike and physical condition are suitable for participation. Full-face helmets are mandatory, and additional protective gear is strongly recommended. By registering, you also agree not to participate under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any substances that could impair your abilities.
Exceptions: The Pit Stop Pumptrack and Beer Pong activities involve alcohol and are limited to participants aged 18 and older.
If the animator determines that you are unfit for participation, they have the authority to remove you from the activity to ensure the safety of all participants.
By purchasing a festival ticket that includes bike park access, you acknowledge that using the trails at Bike Park Kope is done at your own risk. A helmet (full-face recommended) is mandatory on all trails, and additional protective gear is strongly advised for your safety. For your first lap on any trail, please treat it as a warm-up lap to familiarize yourself with the trail and its features.
We kindly ask you to respect the trail signage and the maintenance crew working to ensure the trails are safe and enjoyable for everyone. A bike park map and additional information about the trails are available on the park's official website.
Ensure that trails are clearly marked with skill-level indicators, such as beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Encourage riders to stay within their skill level for their safety and that of others.
Some jumps or features may be restricted to advanced riders only. Signs should clearly indicate who can access certain features, with staff or volunteers monitoring high-risk areas. In case of injury, please call the SOS resort hotline or 112. Ride responsibly and have fun!
For the use of a chairlift you need to have a valid festival chairlift ticket. Big crowds mean longer lines, so let's keep things chill and fair. Wait your turn in the queue for trails and lifts, and please don't cut in line—it's all about making sure everyone has a good time!
The Airline Takeoff is a wildcard event where one rider earns a ticket to the Big Line Session 2026, gaining all the benefits of an invited pro rider.
Participation in the Takeoff event is at the rider's own risk. The festival organizers are not responsible for injuries, equipment damage, or other incidents that may occur during the event. This is your chance to prove your skills and earn a spot on the Big Line.
Only officially invited riders with an invitation are allowed to ride the Big Line. Visitors or riders without an invitation who attempt to use the Fest Line will have their festival bracelet revoked and lose access to the festival grounds. The Wildcard Event is the only way to earn a spot in the Fest Session event.
We have a little secret about this event that's yet to be revealed... Stay tuned, it's coming soon!
Some trails may be closed if weather conditions make them unsafe. Riders will be informed of closures at the trail entry points, where a physical 'Do Not Ride' sign will be placed. We'll also share updates via Instagram posts and stories. Riders should pay extra attention to wet or muddy sections, as they can be especially slippery. Always adjust your riding style to suit the weather conditions.
If weather conditions do not allow an activity to proceed, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the specific activity for the year.
Riders will ride the Big Line only under optimal conditions (calm weather with no wind being the most important). Since this event showcases human potential, we aim to make it as safe as possible. Invited riders may skip the session if they do not feel well or comfortable on the day.
If anyone finds themselves without a trash bag, they can visit the information point to collect a free one. Let's work together to keep the environment as clean as the trails we love to ride! We've placed recycling stations throughout the festival grounds, so please dispose of your waste in the appropriate bins and help us keep everything sorted and clean.
If you find yourself in nature without a trash can nearby, we kindly ask that you hold onto your waste by placing it in your pocket or bag and disposing of it at the nearest bin. Let's ensure the festival and its surroundings remain enjoyable for everyone.

A wide variety of food and drink options will be available for purchase within the festival grounds.
Please note: Bringing personal food or drinks from the campsite into the festival grounds is strictly prohibited. This rule is in place to support our vendors and uphold the festival's sustainability standards. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation 🙏🏻.
Access to the concert area is open to valid festival ticket holders. However, space may be limited, so please arrive early to secure a spot.
Attendees under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the concert area from 00:00 to 5:00, as per the age policy.
Concerts may reach high volume levels. Ear protection is recommended and mandatory for children and sensitive listeners.
Concert areas are shared spaces. Avoid pushing, shoving, or other disruptive behavior to ensure everyone can enjoy the experience. If the moshpit is being created, please if you are smaller person, do not go in to the middle.
Keep yourself hydrated, especially if you're in a crowded area. Water will be available at all the bars at the concert grounds.
Be mindful of emergency exits and don't block pathways. In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of festival staff.
Helmets are required for all riders. We also strongly recommend wearing knee pads and gloves for extra protection. If you're planning to ride advanced trails, a full-face helmet is mandatory—no exceptions!
Daily maintenance, like checking your brakes and tire pressure, is essential to avoid accidents and keep your ride smooth. For your safety, we suggest getting your bike checked by a certified mechanic before hitting the trails.
Near the Rabbit Restaurant, there's a first aid rescue tower. In the case of a more serious accident, our mountain rescue team will step in, providing assistance and arranging transport to the first aid rescue tower and then to the nearest hospital if necessary. For minor injuries, a doctor will be available on-site (in time of activities) to provide treatment right at the festival.
Our festival happens in harmony with nature. We love the new home Mother Earth has given us, so we kindly remind you to show respect. In return, Mother Earth will provide us with all the fun and joy we wish to experience.
To preserve the natural environment, riders must stay on marked trails and avoid creating new paths, as this can harm vegetation and increase erosion. Additionally, some areas are privately owned, and maintaining good relationships with landowners is crucial for the festival's future. Good relationships create great opportunities.
We encourage all attendees to carry out their personal items and dispose of trash in designated bins. If riders come across significant trail damage or obstacles, they should report them to the organizers.
The mountain's unique ecosystem offers a variety of herbs, plants, and trees. This area is part of the Natura 2000 network, so we kindly ask everyone to leave the natural environment undisturbed and untouched.
Our new home comes with some great perks, including incredible infrastructure designed for everyone to enjoy—not destroy. Let's have fun, but let's also keep it respectful.
The employees at Kope work hard to make your experience unforgettable. Please treat them with kindness and respect. A few kind words and a positive attitude can create genuine smiles and make everyone's day better.
