Postal Services: We primarily use the DPD for domestic shipments and international orders. Digital Delivery: Tickets are delivered via email or through our ticketing platform immediately after purchase.

2. Shipping Costs

Physical Items: Shipping costs will vary based on the weight, destination, and size of the merchandise. These costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase. Digital Tickets: There are no shipping costs for digital tickets since they are sent electronically.

3. Shipping Times

Domestic Shipping: Expect delivery within 3-7 business days for items shipped within Slovenia. International Shipping: Delivery times can range from 7 to 21 business days depending on the country. Please note that international shipping might be subject to customs delays. Digital Tickets: Instant delivery upon purchase.

4. Handling Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Items: If your physical item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund. Incorrect Address: It's crucial to provide the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. However, we will assist in redirecting packages if possible, at the buyer's expense.

5. Tracking Information

For physical shipments, we will provide a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Use this number to track your package's progress.

6. Customs and Duties

For international orders, you might be subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined by your country's customs regulations. These fees are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Returns

Shipping policies do not cover return shipping unless an item was received damaged or incorrect. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details on returns.

8. Special Notes

Event-Specific Merch: Items like limited edition festival merchandise might have different shipping policies or might not be shipped until after the event.
