Women's MTB Workshops

Flat Out Days — Daily Program

Join our intensive and supportive mountain biking program designed exclusively for women. These workshops focus on improving technique, building confidence, and enjoying the trails in a safe and fun environment.

Daily schedule

Tuesday

  • 10:00 – 10:30: Warm-up and bike check.
  • 10:30 – 12:00: Learning core techniques: body position, proper braking, and cornering. Practice in the beginner area focusing on turns.
  • 12:00 – 12:30: Lunch break.
  • 12:30 – 14:00: Applying learned techniques on the terrain and reinforcing core riding elements.

Wednesday

  • 10:00 – 10:30: Warm-up and bike check.
  • 10:30 – 12:00: Review of skills from day one and introducing pumping techniques using the pump track.
  • 12:00 – 12:30: Lunch break.
  • 12:30 – 14:00: Riding and transferring knowledge to the Green Fairy trail.

Thursday

  • 10:00 – 10:30: Warm-up and bike check.
  • 10:30 – 12:00: Review of pumping techniques, learning steep terrain riding (body position/lean), and the basics of front wheel lift/pop.
  • 12:00 – 12:30: Lunch break.
  • 12:30 – 14:00: Riding on the Blue Fairy trail and the red trail.

Friday

  • 10:00 – 10:30: Warm-up and bike check.
  • 10:30 – 12:00: Focusing on advanced elements: sharp corners (switchbacks) and perfecting the pop/lift technique.
  • 12:00 – 12:30: Lunch break.
  • 12:30 – 14:00: Applying all acquired skills on the trails and workshop wrap-up with feedback.
