Hike to Lovrenška Jezera
Hike to Lovrenška Jezera, a large high peat bog in central Pohorje between Ribniško Pohorje and Rogla, with about 20 small lakes in two forest-divided sections—one of Slovenia's biggest, around 8000 years old. Walk the elevated wooden boardwalk over the marsh, starting at an observation tower for views of the lakes and bog. Fed solely by rainwater and holding water year-round, it's a protected reserve for rare species—great for a quiet nature link with the Flat Out Days family.
